University Health Services presents: Overcoming Perfectionism
Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM
Central Daylight Time UTC -05:00
Overcoming Perfectionism
This workshop is for students who struggle with perfectionism. The workshop will enhance students’ understanding of the components of perfectionism and explore the myths and consequences of perfectionistic thinking. Students will also learn strategies to challenge perfectionistic thinking and move towards a more “growth oriented” process style of thinking.
Attending this event and completing the reflection in Canvas is worth 1 PDU towards a GRAD Aggies Professional Development Certificate for graduate & professional students. Be sure to follow the instructions of the facilitator to confirm your attendance. Students who are not on the attendance sheet or who do not attend the majority of the event will not receive GRAD Aggies credit. Visit
